Can't sign in?

Three steps, in order.

1. Your username is your first initial and last name, then @valleyspringrc.com. For example, jsmith@valleyspringrc.com.
2. On the Microsoft screen, choose Forgot my password.
3. If that does not work, or you never set up Microsoft, email colin@valleyspringrc.com from your Valley Spring email. Put Can't sign in in the subject. IT will send you a one-time password.

IT will never ask for your password.
